This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read it carefully—it applies to all orders placed via cincos.in.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is any delay (stock issues, system maintenance, etc.), we will notify you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Regions & Methods
We currently ship to locations across India. International shipping is not available at present (or you may enable it if applicable).

* Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination pin code.
We may offer free shipping for orders above ₹[Threshold] within specified zones.
For remote areas / pin codes where courier service is limited, additional surcharges may apply, which will be transparently shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Use this tracking code on our courier partner’s website or via the tracking link we provide to monitor your delivery status.
Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
5. Change of Shipping Address
You may request a change in the shipping address before the order is dispatched by contacting us (via email or phone).
Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. Any misdelivery due to wrong address provided by the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Army / Military addresses, or certain remote / restricted areas where courier service is unavailable.
Some bulky or oversized products may have special shipping terms or may not be eligible for express delivery.
7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or you don’t receive it within the expected window, contact us at support@cincos.in (or your customer-service email) with your order number and details.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either re-ship the product (subject to stock) or issue a refund (excluding shipping charges, if non-refundable).
If the parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product immediately and send to us; we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

In general, returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within [5] days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are normally borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
