Shipping Regions &amp; Methods<br \/>\nWe currently ship to locations across India. Shipping Costs &amp; Free Shipping<br \/>\nShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination pin code.<br \/>\nWe may offer free shipping for orders above \u20b9[Threshold] within specified zones.<br \/>\nFor remote areas \/ pin codes where courier service is limited, additional surcharges may apply, which will be transparently shown at checkout.<br \/>\n4. Order Tracking<br \/>\nOnce your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.<br \/>\nUse this tracking code on our courier partner\u2019s website or via the tracking link we provide to monitor your delivery status.<br \/>\nAllow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.<br \/>\n5. Change of Shipping Address<br \/>\nYou may request a change in the shipping address before the order is dispatched by contacting us (via email or phone).<br \/>\nOnce dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. Any misdelivery due to wrong address provided by the customer is the customer\u2019s responsibility.<br \/>\n6. Shipping Restrictions &amp; Exclusions<br \/>\nWe do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Army \/ Military addresses, or certain remote \/ restricted areas where courier service is unavailable.<br \/>\nSome bulky or oversized products may have special shipping terms or may not be eligible for express delivery.<br \/>\n7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments<br \/>\nIf your package is lost, damaged in transit, or you don\u2019t receive it within the expected window, contact us at support@cincos.in (or your customer-service email) with your order number and details.<br \/>\nWe will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.<br \/>\nIf the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either re-ship the product (subject to stock) or issue a refund (excluding shipping charges, if non-refundable).<br \/>\nIf the parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product immediately and send to us; we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.<br \/>\n8.
