CINCO SBR

CINCO SBR is a milky-white, Styrene Butadiene Co-polymer latex liquid emulsion with high dispersive properties specially designed to improve waterproofing properties, enhance bonding and strength characteristics of cementitious compositions such as new to old concrete/plasters, repair mortars, floor toppings. It reduces shrinkage, prevents cracking, dust pick up & improves abrasion resistance. It is resistant to hydrolysis and can therefore be used for external applications.

CINCO BOND SBR can be mixed with cement slurry, mortar, concrete or grout in recommended dosages for following applications

• Concrete repair: For damaged, worn or spalled concrete, repairing concrete floors, beams and pre-cast slabs, etc.
• Mortar Modifier: For abrasion resistant & non dusting floor toppings, patch repairs and leveling screeds
• Waterproof Plasters and Plaster repair: For making water proof plaster which is better than normal plaster or for repair of damaged plasters
• Bond Coat: For improved bonding of new concrete to old concrete, plaster, stone/brick masonry.
• Rendering & Repair of Structural elements, precast segments, silos, basement structures, concrete roads, etc.
• Waterproofing & Damp-proofing: For basements side walls and rafts, lift pits, inspection pits, sunken/overhead water tank, sunken portions of bathrooms and toilets, balconies, etc.
